HITAG S256 / S2048 Card – Factory Direct Since 2011


Third-generation low frequency identification technology. Our HITAG S256 and HITAG S2048 Cards are built with NXP's HITAG S family transponder ICs – operating at 100kHz to 150kHz for reliable long-range performance in harsh environments .


The HITAG S family offers two memory options using the same protocol: HITAG S256 with 256-bit total memory (Read/Write) and HITAG S2048 with 2048-bit total memory (Read/Write). Both support the same fast anticollision protocol – inventory of up to 100 tags in 3.2 seconds .


Backward compatible with existing HITAG 1 and HITAG 2 reader infrastructures .


Available in PVC, PETG, wood, and other materials with full-color printing, logo application, and chip encoding.
