RFID NXP HITAG 1 Card – Factory Direct Since 2011

Robust and field-proven low frequency identification. Our RFID NXP HITAG 1 Cards are built with NXP's HITAG 1 transponder IC – a trusted foundation in the contactless identification market . Operating at 125 kHz, these cards deliver reliable performance in challenging environments including industrial wash-down, outdoor usage, and applications where high-frequency cards may have limitations .

The HITAG 1 chip features 2 kbit (256 bytes) of non-volatile memory, organized as 64 pages of 4 bytes each. It supports selective read and write protection of memory content, and includes anti-collision algorithm allowing multiple cards to be read simultaneously in the same RF field .

These cards are fully compatible with ISO 11784/11785 standards for animal identification, as well as industrial applications such as laundry automation, beer keg logistics, waste management, and access control .

Available in PVC, PETG, wood, and other materials. Supports full-color printing, logo application, and chip encoding. For advanced security applications requiring 48-bit encrypted authentication and higher anticollision speed, please refer to our HITAG S256 or S2048 cards.

As a professional factory established in 2011, we offer OEM / ODM services including custom card design, encoding, printing, and bulk production.

FAQ
What is an RFID NXP HITAG® 1 Card?
An RFID NXP HITAG® 1 Card is a low-frequency (125kHz) RFID smart card developed by NXP, commonly used for access control and identification systems requiring stable and reliable proximity authentication.
How does an RFID HITAG® 1 Card work?
The card communicates with a 125kHz RFID reader. When it is within range, it transmits a unique identifier that allows the system to grant or deny access based on stored permissions.
What is an RFID HITAG® 1 Card used for?
RFID HITAG® 1 Cards are commonly used for:

Access control systems
Office and building entry systems
Employee identification
Parking access systems
Industrial security systems
Time attendance systems
What are the advantages of HITAG® 1 technology?
Key benefits include:

Stable and reliable 125kHz performance
Simple and cost-effective access control solution
Wide compatibility with LF RFID systems
Long-term durability
Easy integration into existing systems
What is the difference between HITAG® 1 and HITAG® 2?
HITAG® 1 is an earlier generation LF RFID chip mainly used for basic access control, while HITAG® 2 provides enhanced security features such as encryption and anti-cloning capabilities.
Can RFID HITAG® 1 Cards be customized?
Yes. We provide full customization options including:

Logo printing
UID encoding
Serial number printing
Barcode or QR code integration
Card design customization
OEM/ODM private label production
What materials are available?
PVC, PET, PETG, R-PVC, and other standard RFID card materials are available depending on application requirements.
What is the production lead time?
Production lead time is typically 7–12 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and customization requirements.
