NXP ICODE ILT-M Card – Factory Direct Since 2011

High-performance HF RFID cards built with NXP‘s ICODE ILT-M transponder IC. Our ICODE ILT-M Cards support the ISO 18000-3 mode 3 / EPC Class-1 HF standard – enabling large-scale commercial deployment of HF RFID technology for supply chain management and logistics .

The ICODE ILT-M chip features advanced anti-collision technology, allowing readers to simultaneously identify up to 800 tags per second – significantly faster than standard HF RFID . This makes ILT-M-based cards ideal for applications requiring bulk inventory counting and high-speed identification.

The chip operates without an external power supply, generating energy from the reader‘s magnetic field. No line of sight required .

Available in standard CR80 PVC cards and custom form factors. Supports full-color printing, logo application, and chip encoding.

As a professional factory established in 2011, we offer OEM / ODM services including custom card design, pre-encoding, and bulk production.

FAQ
What is an NXP ICODE® ILT / ILT-M Card?
NXP ICODE® ILT / ILT-M Cards are high-frequency (13.56 MHz) RFID smart cards based on ISO 18000-3 Mode 3 and EPC Class-1 HF standards. They are designed for high-speed identification and large-scale item tracking applications.
What is the difference between ICODE ILT and ILT-M?
ICODE ILT-M offers user memory (typically up to 512 bits) and extended functionality, while ICODE ILT is mainly focused on EPC identification with limited or no user memory. Both support high-speed anti-collision performance.
How does an ICODE ILT / ILT-M card work?
The card communicates with RFID readers using HF 13.56 MHz technology. It allows multiple tags to be read simultaneously, making it ideal for logistics, supply chain, and industrial environments.
What is the ICODE ILT / ILT-M card used for?
These cards are commonly used in:

Supply chain and logistics tracking
Warehouse inventory management
Industrial automation systems
Asset identification and tracking
Library and document management systems
High-speed item-level tagging
What are the advantages of ICODE ILT / ILT-M technology?
Key benefits include:

High-speed multi-tag reading (anti-collision)
Long reading range for HF systems
EPC-based global identification structure
Stable performance in industrial environments
Suitable for large-scale deployment
What is the difference between ICODE ILT / ILT-M and ICODE SLIX?
ICODE SLIX is based on ISO 15693 and NFC Type 5, while ICODE ILT / ILT-M is based on ISO 18000-3 Mode 3 and EPC Class-1 HF, focusing more on high-speed logistics and item-level tracking rather than standard NFC applications.
Can ICODE ILT / ILT-M cards be customized?
Yes. We provide OEM/ODM customization including:

Logo printing
EPC encoding and UID programming
Barcode or QR code printing
Variable data personalization
Material and form factor customization (PVC, PET, label, inlay, etc.)
What materials are available?
PVC, PET, PETG, paper-based inlays, labels, and industrial-grade RFID materials are available depending on application requirements.
What is the production lead time?
Production lead time is typically 10–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on encoding and quantity requirements.
