High-performance HF RFID cards built with NXP‘s ICODE 3 transponder IC. Our ICODE 3 Cards operate at 13.56 MHz and are fully compliant with ISO/IEC 15693 and NFC Forum Type 5 Tag standards . These cards support both long-range reading (up to 1.5 meters) with dedicated HF readers and close-range NFC interaction with smartphones .
The ICODE 3 chip features 2400 bits of user memory, a customizable Originality Signature (32 or 48 bytes) for authentication, and multiple password-protected privacy modes – making it suitable for product tracking, brand protection, inventory management, and smart device consumable systems .
